Returns & Exchanges

At Meshki, we want you to be obsessed with your look, so if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit for future purchases or perform a direct size exchange for the same style.

  Pack and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging, and drop them off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
